The latest round of negotiations in Geneva between Iran and the P5+1 (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) has inspired cautious optimism. But, while a window of opportunity to reach agreement on Iran’s nuclear program appears to have opened, many obstacles remain.
