SHANGHAI will see 32 residential projects - 25 apartment developments and 7 villa projects - released for sale next month, an increase of 10 from this month and a decrease of 5 from August 2012, according to a latest research released by real estate website Soufun.com.

Among the 25 apartment projects, less than one sixth will be housing units smaller than 90 square meters while more than half of them will be between 90 and 120 square meters, Soufun data showed.
